The ordered products are delivered throughout the country, using the delivery method and term of your choice when placing the order.

For orders from Romania, transport is free for minimum 200ron order.

Delivery will be made to the desired address, within 2-3 working days from the moment of telephone confirmation, if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, delivery will be made within 4-5 working days, after all the details about the desired product have been established.

Entries regarding any issues regarding the integrity/content of parcels shall be made at the time of delivery on the AWB or a statement of findings shall be drawn up and the receipt shall be refused. Any subsequent complaints regarding these issues are null and void.

The delivery of orders outside the Romanian territory is made for a fee, based on a transport offer sent by www.ingavalerie.com and accepted by the buyer.

We cannot be liable for damages caused by delays in delivering orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering on time, which is why www .ingavalerie.com will not pay compensation for damages caused by failure to deliver the products on time.
