The direct expenses occasioned by the return of the goods (freight transport) will be fully borne by the buyer, and the return of the products will be done using the courier service.

The return of products purchased from www.ingavalerie.com can be made within 14 days from the date you received the order. If you return several products from the same order, they must be sent in a single package. www.ingavalerie.com cannot accept multiple packages for a single registered order. The return must be sent with the PACKAGE CHECK option.

CIA COUTURE SRL is not obliged to pay for any package sent to its address. If one of these conditions is not met, www.ingavalerie.com will not accept the refund and the package will be sent back and the shipping fees will be borne by you. Once we have received the package from you and verified that all conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been accepted.
